Terms of Service
Last updated: April 25, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using domainfortify.com(“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
DomainFortify provides automated DNS and email security monitoring. We query public DNS resolvers and RDAP services on your behalf to check SPF, DMARC, DKIM, MX, CAA, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, nameservers, and domain registration data for domains you specify. We store the results and alert you when changes are detected.
3. Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@domainfortify.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create accounts for the purpose of circumventing plan limits or sharing access with users outside your organization.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Add domains you do not own or have authority to monitor
- Use the Service to harass, monitor, or collect intelligence on third parties without their consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
5. Plans and billing
The Free plan is provided at no charge. Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by DomainFortify and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of the domain names and data you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a license to query, store, and display that data to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results are complete or accurate. DNS data is sourced from public resolvers and may differ from authoritative sources due to caching or propagation delays.
DomainFortify is a monitoring tool, not a security guarantee. Use of the Service does not replace professional security assessments or your own due diligence.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomainFortify and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DomainFortify from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from account settings. Sections 6–9 survive termination.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
